Group management page
What the owner and staff see on a group's management page: administrators, enrolled people, plans and an invite link.
Ask ClassyBrings everything about one group into one place so you can manage it: who runs it, who is enrolled and which payment plans cover it.
It opens from Manage on the group's card in Groups (under Admin Actions) or from the Manage link on the group's public page. It needs the Manage groups permission; without it you are sent to Users. At the top there is an All groups link back to the list.
At the top is the group's card: the name, the visibility (Private or Public) and category (or Uncategorised) labels and the description. If you can manage that exact group (the owner, or staff assigned to it), the Invite link and Edit group buttons are there too.
Under it is a card with two tabs: Members and Administrators and coaches, each with its count. If you have Manage groups but aren't assigned to this group, you only see the Administrators and coaches tab.
At the bottom is the Plans section, which you see with the View financials permission.
Join requests aren't approved here, but in Users.
Good to know
The group's public page is only for browsing and enrolling. The enrolled people, administrators and requests aren't on it.
Plan prices and settings are managed in Finance. From this page the plans can still be opened and edited if you have Manage payment plans.

Members tab
Everyone enrolled in the group, adults and children.
Shows who attends the group, who each child's parent is and how their payments stand.
Next to the title is the total number of enrolled people. Above the list it says "The people enrolled in this group." and there is a Manage in Users link that opens Users filtered by this group. On a computer it is a table with a Member column and, for those who may see money, a Payments column; on a phone, a list of cards. Pressing a row opens the side panel with the person's details (for a child, the child's). 50 entries per page; with more pages there are arrows at the bottom and "current / total". When nobody is enrolled it says "No members yet!", and on an error, "Oops!"
The tab is only visible to the owner and to staff with Manage groups who are assigned to this group.
Kid label
Marks an enrolled person who is a child, with their age.
Kid label
Marks an enrolled person who is a child, with their age.
Tells children from adults and shows their age.
Sits next to the child's name and reads, for example, "Kid · 9 yo". Without a date of birth, no age is shown. Under the name it says "Parent: <name>" or Unknown parent if the name can't be loaded.
Parent line under a child's name

Parent line under a child's name
The parent who enrolled the child.
Shows who to contact for each child.
The parent is no longer a separate column: under the child's name it says "Parent: <name>". The parent is opened from the child's panel.
Payments column

Payments column
How much each enrolled person owes and when they last paid.
Gives you a quick view of who has outstanding amounts, without opening finance.
Each row shows "Owes <amount>", with "overdue" or "due <date>" when there is something owed, or "Nothing owed". Under it says "Last: <amount> on <date>" or "No payments yet". The column is only shown with the View financials permission. The "i" icon next to the title explains that the amounts are across every group you can see, not just this one.
Administrators and coaches tab
The staff who run the group.
Administrators and coaches tab
The staff who run the group.
Shows you who is responsible for the group.
Next to the title is the number of staff. Under it says "The staff who run this group." When nobody is assigned, it says "Nobody runs this group yet." The owner can press a name to open the staff member's panel (groups and permissions) and sees a Manage in Employees link. For everyone else the names are just text.

Gives you a quick overview of what this group's users pay.
Shown with the View financials permission. The rows are the same as in the plans list in Finance, arranged by plan category. Pressing a row opens the plan right here; editing it needs Manage payment plans. Archived plans aren't shown, disabled ones are dimmed and last. When there are no plans, it says "No plans available yet."
