How it works

Shows your price on each plan, what you owe on it and how many visits are left in your packs.

The school sets up plans and decides who is on them. You only see plans that you or your children are on: usually those of the groups you belong to, plans the school added you to, and ones you picked yourself (see "Choosing an option the school offers"). There are three kinds of plan:

  • Recurring: a subscription. The school issues a charge automatically every period; you pay the charge that was issued.
  • One-off: paid once, for example a kit or event fee.
  • Pack: a set number of visits (credits) per period. Like a recurring plan, it is billed every period: you pay the period's charge and that gives you the period's credits. The credits are valid until the next period is due.

Plans appear in the My plans section of the school's Payments tab (plans from all groups) and in the Plans section of a group page (that group's plans only). If you have children in your profile, plans and packs are split by person.

Paying. An unpaid charge on a plan is paid from To pay in the Payments tab; the plan's card reads that an amount is due. On a group page the card has a Pay €… button for the same thing. Only a one-off plan is "bought" from its card: pressing the button creates a charge and opens the online payment page. If you pay, the charge becomes paid. If you cancel, the charge stays pending.

How credits are used. When the school marks you as attended at a session that counts towards packs, one credit is used. If the attendance mark is removed, the credit comes back. A pack for the session's group is used first, then a pack valid across the whole school, starting with the one that expires soonest. If you have no suitable pack, the visit is recorded as owed and deducted automatically from the next pack you get.

Good to know

If the school doesn't accept online payments, the cards read "Online payments unavailable" instead of a button. On a group page the Plans section isn't shown at all.

Three days before a pack's credits expire, or when they run out, you get a one-time notification to renew it. Renewing isn't something you buy: the next period's charge gives you new credits.

The price on the card is your personal price. If the school gave you a discount, the regular price is shown crossed out next to it, with the reason under it.

On this screen

Split by person

Myself

Each family member's plans and packs, separately.

Makes it clear which plan and which pack belongs to whom.

If you have children in your profile, each person's plans have a heading: Myself for you and each child's full name. A person with no plans or packs is skipped. Without children there are no headings.

Plan card

One plan with its kind, price, description and what you can do with it.

Shows everything important about the plan and where to pay for it.

At the top are the plan's name and kind, then the price and description. At the bottom of the card is a button or a status, depending on the kind of plan, whether you owe anything on it and whether the school accepts online payments. If you joined the plan yourself, a "You picked this" label sits next to its kind.

Plan kind label

Recurring

Shows whether the plan is a subscription, a one-off payment or a pack.

Tells you how you'll pay for the plan.

  • Recurring: a charge is issued automatically every period.
  • One-off: paid once, sometimes with a limit on how many you can buy.
  • Pack: a number of visits per period; it is billed every period and paying the charge gives you the period's credits.

Plan price

Your price on the plan, in euro.

Shows what you will pay, including any discount the school gave you.

If your personal price differs from the regular one, the regular price is shown crossed out next to it, and the line "Reason for the price change: …" sits under the price. A recurring plan shows / month after the price, a pack shows / N classes. A pack also shows "N credits per period · valid until the next period is due" below the description. If a one-off plan has a due date, it shows "Due [date]".

Only N left for you warning

You can only buy a few more of this one-off plan.

Warns you that you are close to the purchase limit.

The school can limit how many of a one-off plan each person may buy. The limit is personal, other people's purchases don't affect it. The warning shows when you have between 1 and 5 left. Pending (not yet paid) purchases count too.

Pay €… button

Pays a pending charge on the plan, or buys the one-off plan.

Opens the online payment page.

The button is on the group page. In the Payments tab there is no such button: there the card reads that an amount is due and you pay from To pay.

The button does one of two things:

  • If you have a pending charge on the plan: it pays that charge, and the amount on the button is the charge amount. If the charge has its own description, different from the plan's, it is shown above the button, and if the school changed its amount by hand the reason is shown too.
  • Otherwise, on a one-off plan: it buys one at your price. A charge is created before the payment page opens.

Recurring plans and packs have no buy button: their charges arrive on their own. After a successful payment you return to Payment History in your profile; if you cancel, you return to where you started. If the school doesn't accept online payments, the button is replaced by "Online payments unavailable".

"Amount due" note

€… due

Says there is an unpaid charge on the plan and where to pay it.

Saves you from looking for a pay button on the card.

In the Payments tab, instead of a button, the plan reads the amount due and points to To pay. The charge is paid from there.

"Online payments unavailable" note

The school doesn't accept online payments.

Explains why the card has no pay button.

Shown in place of the button when the school has no online payments set up. Hovering over the note shows "This organisation doesn't have an online payment method configured." Contact the school to pay another way.

Plan status

What shows in place of the button when there is nothing to pay.

Tells you why you can't pay on the plan right now.

  • Billed automatically each period: a recurring plan or pack with no pending charge. The school will issue the next charge itself.
  • Purchased: a one-off plan without a quantity limit that you have already paid for.
  • Sold out: a one-off plan you have bought the maximum allowed number of.

You picked this label

Shows that you joined the plan yourself.

Tells plans you picked apart from plans the school put you on.

Shown next to the plan's kind if you (or a parent on behalf of a child) picked the plan. Plans the school or your group added you to do not have this label.

My packs section

Your packs at the school and the credits left in them.

Shows how many visits you have left and until when.

Shows all of the person's packs at the school, from any group, except expired ones. They are ordered by expiry date, the one expiring soonest first. If you have owed visits, they appear here as a separate card.

Pack card

Purchased

One period's credits with the credits left and the dates.

Shows how much of the credits you have used and until when they are valid.

Shows the plan name (or Pack if the plan is no longer available), its description, "X / Y credits left", "Purchased [date]" and "Expires [date]". The credits appear as soon as the period's charge is paid and expire when the next period falls due.

Pack status

Active

Whether the credits can still be used.

Tells you whether your visits will be deducted from this pack.

  • Active: it has credits left and hasn't expired; it will be used at your next visit.
  • Exhausted: every credit has been used. If the school removes an attendance mark and the credit is returned, the pack becomes active again, as long as it hasn't expired.
  • Expired: its time has passed; unused credits can't be used. Expired packs aren't shown in the list.

Visits owed card

Visits marked when there was no pack to deduct them from.

Shows how many visits you owe so the next pack doesn't surprise you.

Shows "N visits attended without a pack" and "These are deducted automatically from the next pack you buy." When a pack's charge is paid, the owed visits are taken out of the new credits, as far as they go. The card disappears once you owe nothing.

Frequently asked questions

I cancelled the payment. Why do I owe a charge now?

When you buy a one-off plan, the charge is created before the payment page opens. If you cancel, it stays pending. You can pay it later from **To pay**.

How many credits do I have left?

Look at the pack card under **My packs** (inside **My plans** in the **Payments** tab), it shows how many credits are left out of the total.

How do I buy a pack?

A pack isn't bought from its card. It is billed every period like a recurring plan: once you pay the period's charge from **To pay**, you get that period's credits.

Why can't I see a plan the school offers?

You only see active plans that the school has put you or your child on. Contact the school if you think you should be on it.
