How it works

Lets a parent track and pay each child's charges, plans and packs separately, from their own account.

Who pays for a child. Children don't have their own account, so everything issued for them is held on your account, but separately for each child. Only you can pay those charges. Each child's prices, plans and packs are separate from yours.

How you see them. In the school's Payments tab, charges (To pay) and plans (My plans) are split by person: yours first (Myself), then each child's, each under a heading with their name. Nothing has to be selected first: everyone is shown at once. People with nothing to show are skipped.

Choices are per child. When the school offers a choice and you have children in your profile, the choice is made separately for each child, not for you. If you have no children, it is for you.

History. In Payment History in your profile, the payments for all schools and all children are in one combined list, and each payment shows the child's name.

Good to know

If you can't see the child's charges, check that the child is in a group of this school and that the right school is selected in the side menu.

If you have no children in your profile, there are no headings with names.
