Signing up, logging in and logging out

How to get into Classes for the first time or again, and how to log out.

Ask Classy

Step by step

  1. 1

Open Classes or the link you received.

  2. 2

On the login page, enter your details or choose to log in with Google or Apple.

  3. 3

If this is your first time, complete the registration.

  4. 4

Classes takes you to the page you were trying to open, or to the start screen.

How it works

Gives you secure access to your schools, groups, payments and children. The same login works in the browser and in the mobile app.

Every page in Classes needs you to be logged in. If you open an address while logged out, Classes sends you to the secure login page and then brings you back to exactly where you were heading, for example an invite link you received.

The first time you log in, you go through a short registration: consents, personal details and, if you want, details of your children. The rest of Classes stays closed until you finish it.

In the browser you stay logged in on that device, so you don't have to enter your details every time. In the mobile app the login screen opens in your phone's browser and always asks for your details, even if you are already logged in to Classes in that browser.

If the Terms or the Privacy Policy change, the next time you log in you have to accept them again before you continue.

Good to know

If you log in with Google or Apple, your name is taken from that account and the name fields are not shown during registration.

In a phone browser you may first be offered the mobile app. Press Continue to login to carry on in the browser.

Being returned to the link you opened works within the same browser tab. If you close the tab during registration, open the link again.

On this screen

Redirecting to login screen in the app

The first screen of the mobile app when you are not logged in.

Opens the secure login screen for you, without you having to look for a button.

The screen counts down up to 3 seconds and then opens the login page in your phone's browser on its own. Above the card it says "Secure sign in", and the "Preparing secure redirect" box shows a countdown and a progress bar. Once you log in you are returned to the app.

If nothing opens, press Log in. Below the button it says "Still here? Tap Log in and we will try again."

This screen only appears in the mobile app. In the browser the login page opens straight away.

Log in button

Opens the login screen straight away.

Lets you skip the countdown, or try again if the login screen did not open.

Stops the countdown and opens the login page in your phone's browser.

Light or dark theme button

Switch to dark theme

Changes the app theme before you log in.

Lets you pick a light or dark look before you are logged in.

The moon button switches to the dark theme ("Switch to dark theme") and the sun button to the light one ("Switch to light theme"). The choice is remembered on the device and still applies after you log in.

Change language button

Switches the app between Bulgarian and English before you log in.

Lets you read the screen in the language that suits you.

The button shows the language you will switch to, EN or BG. Pressing it changes the language straight away.

Logout button

Logs you out of your account on this device.

Ends your session, so the next person who opens Classes on the device has to log in with their own details.

The button is at the bottom of the side menu. It is also in your profile (My Profile → Account, as Sign out), in the top bar during registration, and on the "We could not load your profile" screen (as Log out). After pressing it you are logged out and have to log in again the next time you open Classes.

On small screens during registration the button is just an icon, without text.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate account for the mobile app?

No. It is the same account, log in to the app with the same details you use in the browser.

I got an invite link but have to sign up first. Will I lose the link?

No. Classes remembers the link and brings you back to it after you log in and register, as long as you stay in the same browser tab.
