  3. 3

Wait for 'Everyone marked as attended.'

  4. 4

How it works

Saves pressing ✓ for every member when almost everyone came. Afterwards you only change the absent ones.

The Mark everyone attended button is in the panel's Attendance section, above the list. It marks everyone on the session roster as here, including those tucked under N haven't confirmed and including anyone already marked not here. Everything is saved at once.

On a session that counts toward packs, everyone marked uses a credit.

The button is disabled when everyone is already here, while saving, when attendance is finalized, or when you lack the Manage attendance permission.

Good to know

The button also overwrites absences you already marked. Press it first, then mark the absent members.

On failure 'Couldn't mark everyone as attended. Try again.' appears and nothing changes.

Up to 500 people can be marked at once.
