My schools
Where you find the schools you manage or attend, and how you create a new one.
Ask ClassyGathers every school you have access to in one place, so you can open one or create a new one from any page.
Schools are in the organisation picker at the top of the side menu. Press it to see two lists: My organisations (the schools you created or work in as staff, tagged "Administrator" or "Staff") and Organisations I attend (the schools where you or your children are). A school in the first list is not repeated in the second. Pressing a school picks it: for one you manage, the side menu shows the admin dashboard; for one you attend, the attendee menu.
Below the lists are New organisation, which leads to the form for creating a school, and Search organisations, which opens the search. Search is only for schools that are not yours yet, by exact name or through an invite link.
If you have no schools yet, the menu says "You have no organisations yet."
Good to know
An inactive school still appears in your own list, but it doesn't come up in search for other people.

Gives you one-press access to every school you created or work in.
Under the school's name it says "Administrator" if you are the owner, or "Staff". Each school is listed once, even if you are both owner and employee. Picking it shows the admin dashboard in the menu.

Keeps the schools you are a customer of apart from the ones you manage.
Schools already in My organisations are not repeated here. Picking a school shows the attendee menu: calendar, announcements, payments, lessons and groups.

Starts creating a new school that you will own.
It is at the bottom of the organisation picker and leads to the Class Details form. The new school appears in My organisations straight away.

All schools are private: you search by the exact name or follow the link you were given. The search shows cards for the schools that match.
