Inactive school
What the “Class Inactive” window means and what to do when you see it.

When the school is inactive, anyone who opens its page, the owner and staff included, sees the Class Inactive window. It can't be closed; its only button, Go back, leads to the school list. Group pages of an inactive school don't open either, they redirect to the school page.
An inactive school doesn't come up in search for other people, but it still shows in the owner's and staff's own list.
According to the window's message, the school is locked until the subscription is paid. If you believe this is a mistake, write to the email address shown in the window.

Newly created schools are active, a school doesn't start out inactive.
