How it works
Lets you see and manage a plan, re-date a due date, issue charges, edit, disable, archive or delete the plan.
Press a plan on the Plans tab; the panel opens at the side. At the top are the name, a type label, a Disabled or Archived label (if it is one) and the description (when it differs from the name). Then come the card with the price, the due date and who the plan is for, Members on this plan, a note about discounts or packs and, for recurring and pack plans, Upcoming due dates.
At the bottom is a main button (Edit plan, or Restore for an archived plan) and the More actions menu with the rest: Generate charges now, Disable plan or Enable plan, and Delete or Archive.
Without the Manage payment plans permission you can see the plan and its people, but plan actions aren't shown. Generate charges now needs the Manage charges permission.

Price and schedule card
The price, the due date and who the plan is for.
Sums up how the plan bills and who it covers.
Shows the base price with "/ month", "/ N months", "/ week", "/ day" or "one-off" (for a pack also the number of classes). Below it:
- Due: for a monthly recurring or pack plan "Day D of each period", for a one-off the plan's date.
- For: the names of the plan's groups, Whole organisation for a plan with no groups, or No groups if the groups aren't visible to you. If new people in the groups aren't added automatically, it reads "Manually managed roster — people joining this group later are not added."
- For a pack: "N credits per period · one credit per attendance · valid until the next period is due".
For an archived plan a note at the top reads "This plan is archived: members don't see it and no charges are generated. Its payment history is kept."

Upcoming due dates section
A recurring or pack plan's current period and the next two, with each one's due date.
Lets you change the due date of one specific period, for example push back a holiday month, without touching the others.
Shown for recurring and pack plans. Next to the title it says "next" and the date of the nearest due date. Below it: "The due date each period will be billed on. Change one without affecting the others." Each row has the period name, a date field with the due date that will be used and, if you've changed it, a Back to the default due date button. Pick a new date and it saves at once ("Due date updated."). The new due date can't be before the period starts; otherwise you see "That date could not be used. It must not fall before the period starts."
If charges were already issued for the period, the name is followed by "Charges already issued — changing this moves them": unpaid charges for that period move to the new date; paid ones stay. Changing a due date never bills anyone twice. For a pack, the next period's due date also decides how long the current period's credits last.
Back to the default due date button
Returns the period's due date to the day set on the plan.
Back to the default due date button
Returns the period's due date to the day set on the plan.
Undoes the manual due-date change for that period.
Only shown for a period whose due date was changed. Unpaid charges already issued for the period move back to the default date. "Back to the default due date." appears.

Makes sure everyone on the plan has something to pay, without waiting for automatic billing.
It's in the More actions menu, with the hint "Bill everyone on the plan who has no unpaid charge." Needs the Manage charges permission and is only shown for an active, non-archived plan. Opens the Generate charges window with an explanation for the plan type; press Generate now or Cancel. It's safe to press more than once, nobody gets two unpaid charges for the same thing. On success you see "N charge(s) generated." or "Everyone on this plan already has their charge — nothing to generate."

Generate charges window
The confirmation explaining exactly what will be issued.
Tells you who will be charged before you confirm.
- Recurring plan: issues charges only for the current period (the first under Upcoming due dates) to anyone without a charge for it yet. Later periods are billed once they start.
- One-off plan: issues the plan's charge to everyone on it who doesn't currently owe one: people who joined after creation, and those who already paid and are being charged again.
- Pack: billed by period like a recurring plan, so it issues the current period's charge to everyone who doesn't have one yet. Paying it grants the period's credits. (The wording in the window for a pack is older and describes billing everyone who owes nothing.)
In every case, people with an unpaid charge from the plan are skipped. Everyone who gets a charge is notified.

The plan's groups and who is on it can't be changed from there; manage the people on the plan from Members on this plan.

Lets you pause billing, for example over the summer, without losing the plan.
They are in the More actions menu and need the Manage payment plans permission; the hint when disabling is "Stops new charges. Members and history stay." A disabled plan issues no new charges (automatically, for new members, or with Generate charges now) and is hidden from members. Charges already issued remain. You see "Plan disabled." or "Plan enabled."

Archive and Restore actions
Archive · RestoreRetire a plan with payments, or bring it back.
Lets you clear an old plan from the list when it can't be deleted because it has payments.
They need the Manage payment plans permission. Archive is in the More actions menu instead of Delete once the plan has taken payments; its hint reads "It has payments, so it can’t be deleted." An archived plan moves to Archived plans, is hidden from members and issues no charges; its payment history is kept. You see "Plan archived. Find it under "Archived plans" at the bottom of the list." Restore (the main button on an archived plan) brings it back exactly as it was, including whether it was enabled or disabled ("Plan restored.")
Delete action
Deletes a plan that has no payments yet.
Delete action
Deletes a plan that has no payments yet.
Removes a plan created by mistake or never used.
Needs the Manage payment plans permission, is in the More actions menu and is only shown if the plan has no paid charges. Opens the Delete plan window asking "Delete this plan? This can't be undone."; press Delete or Cancel. "Plan deleted." appears and the panel closes.
Unpaid charges already issued from the plan aren't cancelled automatically, cancel them from the Charges tab if they shouldn't be paid.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see a Delete button?
A plan that has already taken payments can't be deleted, so **Archive** is shown in the menu instead of **Delete**. An archived plan keeps its payment history but doesn't bill and is hidden from members.
What's the difference between disabling and archiving?
Disabling is a temporary pause, the plan stays in the main list and turns back on with one button. Archiving retires it to the **Archived plans** section. Either way no new charges are issued and members don't see the plan.
