How it works
Gives you a quick look before sessions: how many people to expect and whom to remind because they haven't replied.
The view shows today's sessions and the next 25 upcoming ones, grouped by day. Under each day it says how many sessions there are, how many people signed up and how many haven't replied.
Each session is a card with three columns: Signed up, Can't make it and Hasn't signed up. It only shows sign-ups (what members said), not actual attendance. Clicking the top of a card opens the attendance panel.
Cards with people who haven't replied have a yellow border.
Good to know
For sessions further ahead or in the past, use the Sessions view.
If the owner has switched off members marking their own attendance (Organisation settings › Attendance answers), members don't see the Attending and Not Attending buttons, so everyone stays in the Hasn't signed up column. The owner can also set how long before the session members can still change their answer.
Children are listed once per child on the roster, marked (Child).

Gives you the day's figures without adding up the cards.
Sign-ups and non-replies are added across all the day's sessions, so someone signed up for two sessions counts twice.

Nudges members who haven't said whether they're coming about the upcoming session.
It only appears when the column has people in it. The notification includes the session name and when it starts. It goes to accounts that have neither confirmed nor declined, a parent with two children gets one notification. It is sent even to people who turned off automatic class reminders. On success you see 'Reminded N people'; on failure 'Couldn't send the reminder. Try again.'
You need the Manage events and their sessions permission.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a sign-up and attendance?
A sign-up is what the member said beforehand, that they will or won't come. Attendance is what staff record in the session panel about who actually came.
