How it works
Lets you record what you covered in the session and share it with members along with materials, photos, documents, video.
In the session panel open the Lesson tab. At the top a label shows the state: No lesson yet, Draft or Published <date>.
Write the text under Content and press Create lesson (the first time) or Save. Under Attachments you can upload materials, a lesson can be files only; uploading the first file creates the lesson automatically.
While the lesson is a draft, members can't see it. Publish makes it visible in the school's Lessons tab and sends a 'new lesson' notification to everyone who confirmed their sign-up for the session or has an attendance mark for it.
The tab is shown with the View lessons permission. To write, upload and publish you need Author lessons: without it the lesson is read-only.
Good to know
Files must be images, video, audio, documents, spreadsheets, presentations or archives, up to 10MB each and at most 10 per lesson.
Publishing can't be undone here. You can keep editing the text and files after publishing, no second notification is sent.
The notification also reaches members marked not here.
While there is unsaved text, clicking outside doesn't close the session panel.

With the Author lessons permission you see a text box. Without it you only see the text, or 'No lesson has been written for this session.' if there is none. Below the content it shows when the lesson was created and last updated.

Who gets notified when I publish?
Everyone who confirmed their sign-up for the session, and everyone with an attendance mark, here or not here.
Why can't I see the Lesson tab?
You don't have the **View lessons** permission. Ask the school owner for it.
