Profile settings

The settings sections of your profile: language, theme, notifications and account.

    Open My Profile.

    Choose Language, Theme, Notifications or Account.

    For notifications, change the switches and press Save.

How it works

Lets you pick the language and theme of Classes, which notifications you get, log out and delete your account.

Open My Profile. The settings are in the groups Preferences (Language and Theme), Notifications and Account. They are only visible on your own profile.

Language and Theme apply the moment you pick them, you don't have to save. Notifications are saved separately: as soon as you change a switch, an Unsaved changes bar with Discard and Save buttons appears at the bottom. Account holds Sign out and the danger zone for deleting your account.

Good to know

When you open your profile, Classes switches to the language saved on your account if it is currently in the other one.

If you leave the page without saving the notification changes, they are lost.

On this screen

Language section

The choice of your account language.

Decides which language Classes is in for you.

Below the title it says "Choose the language used across the app." There are two rows, Bulgarian and English. The selected one is marked. Pressing a row changes the language of Classes straight away and saves it to your account. If saving fails, the language goes back to the previous one. By default an account is set to Bulgarian.

You can also change the language from the top bar during registration and on the login screen in the app.

Bulgarian row

Selects Bulgarian.

Classes is in Bulgarian.

Marked when selected. Applied straight away.

English row

Selects English.

Classes is in English.

Marked when selected. Applied straight away.

Theme section

The choice between a light and a dark look.

Decides how Classes looks on this device.

Below the title it says "How the app looks on this device." There are two rows, Light and Dark. The look changes straight away. The choice is kept on the device, not on your account.

Light row

Switches to the light look.

Classes has a light background.

Marked when selected. Applied straight away.

Dark row

Switches to the dark look.

Classes has a dark background, easier on the eyes in the evening.

Marked when selected. Applied straight away.

Save button for notifications

Saves your notification changes.

Makes the chosen switches stick to your account on every device.

It sits in the Unsaved changes bar that appears at the bottom as soon as you change a switch in Notifications. It is disabled while saving is in progress. Next to it is Discard, which returns the switches to what was last saved. Language and theme don't go through it, they apply straight away.

Account section

Signing out and deleting the account.

Keeps the actions for your session and for the account itself.

Below the title it says "Your session on this device, and the account itself." On a computer it is a section of its own; on a phone the rows are right in the list of sections. It has the Sign out row and, in a separate red box Danger Zone, the Delete Account button.

Sign out row

Logs you out of your account on this device.

Ends your session, so the next person who opens Classes has to log in with their own details.

Below the name it says "End your session on this device." You are logged out straight away, without confirmation.
