How it works
Lets you keep the school's look up to date, what users see when they open it.
The header of the school's page shows the banner, logo, name, summary and the number of members. It is read-only. On a phone there is a compact bar with the logo, name and summary at the top instead.
Under the header on a wide screen there is a bar with the school's sections: Calendar, Announcements, Payments, Lessons and Groups, shown only to the owner and employees. Other users reach the same sections from the side menu. Everyone only sees the sections that concern them.
The profile is edited in Settings, in the Profile section. At the top, under What members see, is the preview of the banner, logo, name, summary and description. Edit profile opens the Update Class window, where you change the texts and can replace the banner or logo. A picture you don't replace stays as it is. Changes show immediately after saving. View public page takes you to the school's page.
Editing needs the Edit organisation profile permission (the owner always has it).
Good to know
The Manage button in the header of the school's page (for the owner and some employees) takes you to the school's settings.
If you don't see the Profile section, you don't have the Edit organisation profile permission.
