How it works
Saves opening every charge one by one, for example when a whole group paid at training, or you want to remind everyone who is overdue.
On the Charges tab, tick the rows you want to work with. Only unpaid charges (Pending and Overdue) have a checkbox. As soon as one is ticked, a bar appears above the table with the number selected and the action buttons.
Mark paid, cash, Mark paid, bank, Waive and Cancel charges ask for confirmation in the same bar. Send reminder acts straight away. Every action skips charges that are no longer unpaid or are outside your access, and reports how many charges were actually handled.
One action can cover at most 500 charges.
Good to know
The bar only appears if you have at least one of Manage charges, Record payments or Send payment reminders; each button needs its own permission.
Changing the filter, group or payment method clears the selection.

Frequently asked questions
I marked charges as paid by mistake. How do I undo it?
Right afterwards, a message with an **Undo** button sits where the bar was. Press it and the charges go back to unpaid. If you already dismissed the message, open each charge and press **Undo payment**.
