Changing your personal information

How to edit your name and phone in your profile.

    Open My Profile → General Data.

    In the Personal Information section press Edit.

    Change the fields.

    Press Save Changes.

How it works

Lets you keep your details accurate so schools can recognise and contact you.

The Personal Information section is in My Profile → General Data. It shows your first name, last name and phone. An empty field shows as a dash.

Press Edit to turn the values into fields. You save with Save Changes or cancel with Cancel. The server checks the changes. If something is wrong, an error message appears at the top of the screen and the old data stays.

Good to know

Your date of birth, country and email can't be changed from here.

The form closes right after Save Changes. If the change is rejected, you will see the old values and an error message.

On someone else's profile the section is read-only and the Edit button is missing.

Personal Information section

The box with your core details on **General Data**.

Shows the details schools see you by and lets you change them.

Fields are laid out two per row. In edit mode each one becomes a text field with its name as a hint.

Edit button

Opens your personal information for editing.

Turns the values into fields you can change.

Only visible on your own profile. While you edit, Save Changes and Cancel take its place.

Save Changes button

Saves the changes to your personal information.

Updates your profile with the new details.

Closes the form and sends the changes. On success the new values show straight away. On a phone it is just a tick icon.

Cancel button

Closes the form without saving.

Discards everything you typed.

Returns the fields to the last saved values. On a phone it is just an X icon.

First Name field

Your first name.

This is how schools and teachers see you.

Required, between 2 and 50 characters. Checked when you save.

In the Bulgarian interface this field is labelled „Потребител“, but it holds your first name.

Last Name field

Your surname.

Helps tell you apart from people with the same name.

Can be left empty. If filled in, it must be between 2 and 50 characters.

Phone field

The phone number schools can reach you on.

Gives your schools an up-to-date way to contact you.

Optional. If filled in, it must be between 7 and 20 characters. Checked on save.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change my date of birth?

You can't in the profile, the date is only entered during registration, where it is optional.

How do I change my email?

Your email comes from the account you log in with and isn't edited in Classes.
