How it works
Explains what decides the price for a school, so you can tell which plan you need. The current amounts are always on the pricing page.
Classes is free for parents and students. Only the school pays.
A school's price depends on two things:
- The number of users (students and parents) in the school. There are six plans: Start for the smallest schools, Up to 50, Up to 100, Up to 150, Up to 300 and Unlimited. Each plan also includes a number of teacher accounts.
- The billing period. You pay up front for 3 months (list price) or for 12 months at 20% off.
Every plan includes every feature, updates, setup and onboarding help. The price is per organisation; franchise networks with several centres get a separate partner offer.
Optional extra hands-on training for your team can be added (a one-time 2 or 4 hour session).
To get started you book a free consultation from the pricing page; after it, the Classes team sets your school up.
