Terms of Service

1. Subject of Service

Classes provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that:

• Connects parents/students with educational organizations (schools).
• Enables management of schedules, enrollments, withdrawals, and communication.
• Facilitates tracking and payment of tuition fees.

Important: Classes is a technology intermediary. We are not a party to the educational agreement between you and the respective School and bear no responsibility for the quality of educational services.

2. Registration and Accounts

Registration: Full functionality requires registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, email, phone, etc.).

Authentication: Classes uses Auth0 for secure login. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials.

Children's data: When registering a child's profile, you confirm that you are their legal representative (parent or guardian) and agree that their data will be shared with the School you choose for administrative purposes.

3. Relations with Schools

Data access: When you enroll in a specific School through the Platform, their staff gain access to your contact data and your child's data for the purpose of managing the educational process.

Schedules and events: Calendar and event information is provided by the Schools. Classes bears no responsibility for technical errors or schedule changes made by the Schools.

4. Payments and Fees

Stripe: All card payments are processed through the Stripe platform. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Tuition fees: Fee amounts are set unilaterally by the Schools. Classes does not set the prices for educational services.

Refunds: Refund requests are directed to the School to which the payment was made. Classes is not authorized to issue refunds on behalf of Schools unless otherwise agreed.

5. User Rights and Obligations

Users agree:

• Not to use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Not to extract data from the site using automated systems (scraping).
• To provide accurate information when enrolling in groups.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, design, logo, and content of Classes belong to DEVIDS Ltd. Users receive only the right to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Availability: Classes does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times (due to maintenance or technical reasons).

Disputes with Schools: We bear no responsibility for disputes arising between Parents and Schools (e.g., quality of teaching, cancelled classes, etc.).

Damages: DEVIDS Ltd bears no responsibility for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Termination

By the User: You may close your account at any time through the profile settings or by sending an email.

By Classes: We reserve the right to terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms or attempts to abuse the Platform's security.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. In case of significant changes, you will be notified by email or through a message in the Platform. Continuing to use the services after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

For all unresolved matters, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. All disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the city of Велико Търново.
