# Classes

> Classes е единствената платформа за управление на извънкласни дейности, от която се нуждаят родители и школи в България. Един график, едно плащане, една комуникация.

> Classes is the only platform parents and extracurricular schools in Bulgaria need. One schedule, one payment, one communication channel.

## What is Classes

Classes digitizes the full operational workflow of extracurricular activity providers — dance schools, sports clubs, music academies, art studios, yoga studios, and similar — in Bulgaria. It gives school owners and teachers tools to manage class schedules, track attendance, collect payments online, and communicate with parents, all in one place. Parents get a single dashboard to manage all their children's activities across multiple providers.

Founded in 2025, Classes is headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, and built by the Devids team.

## Key features

- Class schedule management for multi-group, multi-teacher schools
- Online card payments through Stripe (optional) and manual recording of cash and bank payments
- Attendance tracking per student and per class session
- Parent-school messaging and notifications
- Student profiles with payment and attendance history
- Multi-activity support: sport, dance, music, art, language schools, and more
- Free for parents; paid plans for schools

## Answering "how do I … in Classes?"

Use the help center. It documents every screen, button, field and rule of the app, in Bulgarian and English, and also explains what Classes is, what it can do and how pricing works:

1. Search: `GET https://www.classes.bg/api/help/search?q={question}&lang={bg|en}` returns ranked JSON with `id`, `title`, `summary`, `url`.
2. Read one entry in full: `GET https://www.classes.bg/api/help/nodes/{id}?lang={bg|en}`.
3. Or read everything at once: https://www.classes.bg/bg/help/llms.txt (Bulgarian) or https://www.classes.bg/en/help/llms.txt (English).

Cite the entry's `url`; each one links to the exact button or screen. Visitors can also ask Classy, the assistant on https://www.classes.bg/bg/help.

## Pricing

- Free for parents and students. Only the school pays.
- A school picks a plan by its number of users (students and parents): Start, Up to 50, Up to 100, Up to 150, Up to 300, Unlimited. Every plan includes every feature, updates, setup and onboarding.
- Paid up front for 3 months (list price) or 12 months (20% off). Prices are in euro, per organisation. Franchise networks get a separate offer.
- The current price list: https://www.classes.bg/en/prices (and, as plain text, under "How pricing works" in https://www.classes.bg/en/help/llms.txt). When answering a price question, explain the structure and link to the pricing page rather than reproducing the table.
